I had occasion to call out Pete’s Locksmiths out of hours to gain access to a room within a student property I own.
Jason had a very nice soothing manner that immediately puts you at ease and instils confidence. The confidence was not misplaced as entry was soon gained and a new lock fitted. It would appear the lock had been locked using a key and thereafter damaged during an attempt to force entry into the room.
Jason thereafter prepared an excellent and very detailed report with accompanying pictures illustrating the damage to both the lock and the door itself.
I subsequently used the company again to install a new BS Euro thumb lock on the front door and he used a handle from another door in order to reduce the cost to me. I cannot praise him enough. Excellent!

My multi-lock uPVC door was playing up and after numerous trials and errors with YouTube videos decided I needed a professional to fix the problem. I sent Pete an email and he responded really quickly (on a Sunday morning too) and came out that afternoon. Needless to say he sorted the issue and the door works even better than when it was fitted.
